HR Specialist/Recruting

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Specialist/Recruiting’s main focus is on recruiting the right candidates for any open positions within our organization. In addition to recruiting the HR Specialist/Recruiting will manage the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Specialist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: hiring, departmental development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

  • Recruiting and staffing logistics;

  • Performance management and improvement systems;

  • Organization development;

  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting;

  • Employee orientation, development, and training;

  • Policy development and documentation;

  • Employee relations;

  • Company employee communication;

  • Compensation and benefits administration;

  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
     

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Development
  • 2 Years of HR/Recruiting experience
